A dental implant replaces the root of a missing tooth. Initially, the dentist places the implant into the jawbone. The post projects through the gum and provides the support for a permanent or removable denture.

Types of Dental Implants

Currently we offer the following types of dental implants with full teeth replacement:

Type 1 2 dental implants fitted with 2 ball attachments and removable denture. Price: £3,450 (prices are for either upper or lower jaw only) Duration of stay - 2 visits.   1st Visit - 3 days stay - Dentascan and Orthopanthogram are undertaken followed by the fitting of implants under local anaesthesia; plus the dentist fits a temporary denture.   2nd Visit – 4 days stay – under local anaesthesia, the implants are exposed and the healing abutments are fitted in the hospital clinic; the dentist measures and makes and fits the final denture.

Type 2 2 dental implants fitted with a gold cylinder bar between them and removable denture. Price: £4,150 (prices are for either upper or lower jaw only) Duration of stay - 2 visits   1st Visit - 3 days stay - fitting of implants plus temporary denture.   2nd Visit – 5 days stay – fitting the abutments and fitting the final denture.

Type 3 As “Type 2” but with 4 implants fitted with a gold cylinder bar between them and removable denture. Price: £6,950 (prices are for either upper or lower jaw only) Duration of stay - 2 visits   1st Visit - 3 days stay - fitting of implants plus temporary denture.   2nd Visit – 5 days stay – fitting the abutments and fitting the final denture.

Type 4 4 to 6 Implants with a gold cylinder bar between them and permanently fitted denture. Price with 4 implants: £6,600 Price with 5 Implants: £7,800 Price with 6 Implants: £9,100 (Prices are for either upper or lower jaw only) Duration of stay - 2 visits   1st Visit - 8 days stay - fitting of implants plus temporary denture.   2nd Visit – 7 days stay – fitting the abutments and fitting the final denture.
